"outnumbered" starts right now. harris: begin with this fox news alert and a live picture now, the world saying a final farewell to the greatest of all time. mourners lining the streets of louisville, kentucky. at one point they were moments ago running alongside the hearst carrying the body of muhammad ali. it is winding its way through the city on way to private graveside funeral for boxing legend and hometown hero. as you can imagine, people are watching. 3,000 people expected to fill an arena to pay tribute to his life inside and outside the ring. the service will feature eulogy from former president bill clinton. long-time friend, remarks by

that is pretty early to get that started. >> never too early. let's get started. a lot of news to get to. 150 days out from election day. presidential race kicking into high gear with candidates set to go head-to-head in our nation's capitol. screen left, clinton, to speak to the planned parenthood action fund, screen right, donald trump to address christian conservatives at faith and freedom conference. as a new fox poll showing clinton edging trump, 42-39%. within the poll's margin of error. the poll out the same day clinton picked up three big endorsements from president obama, vice president joe biden and progressive hero, senator elizabeth warren. also announceds the president to campaign with hillary next week in wisconsin. all right, jesse, how important were these endorsements for hillary clinton? >> i think it pops the poll numbers a little bit. president of the united states

and warren, she is hero as you say. i don't know about that. biden, these are big heavyweights in the democratic party. so it's a slight bump but i think the numbers will even out. if you look at the about picture these people are still life-long politicians lining up behind another lifelong politician. people want change in the selection. why people are excited about trump. the polls say this guy will shake things up. 76% say jump will shake things up. that is understatement what happens when he gets into the white house. short-term blip, they will tighten. >> spokesman from rnc responded to elizabeth warren endorsement. this basically makes her a sellout because hillary clinton represents everything elizabeth warren is against. notably wall street. >> i was one person that liz warren did not put her hat in

the ring on front end, be a more aggressive competitor in stark contrast to hillary clinton. i see the sellout label. i don't think it is misapplied. good for barack obama out there for hillary clinton. very unlikeable candidate. barack obama is significantly possible, 81% popularity among democrats. even 50% nationally. highest this term. that will help her because he is significantly better engaging communities. sandra: we know the president on late-night show the other night basically -- >> god forbid we go a week without the president going on light-night show. i can't stand it. sandra: laughed off donald trump as nominee for the republican party, basically saying they're happy it is donald trump running against hillary clinton. >> not so fast a new hill poll, gary johnson is doing better with independents than hillary clinton is. they should not take this lightly. maybe they think this is funny. these are fighting numbers. every candidate after they become the nominee get as bump

as both will after both conventions. this isn't unusual. the game is starting. they shouldn't be too pretty up there jimmy fallon telling jokes, a lot of people in america, especially southern states and hard-working people seeing how the economy is and see donald trump as formidable businessman. sandra: it was a big question whether or not president obama would hit the campaign trail for hillary clinton but now we are hearing he will be out there in wisconsin for her. harris: i am wondering if he scratched the bernie itch yesterday at white house and how that will all play out because he has got to get out there and try to rival bernie sanders's crowds going into the d.c. primary. don't want to be the president's crowds smaller that were bernie sanders. i don't jokingly say that sanders has not fully gone away. i would imagine, eboni, people think he will pull out eventually. will he talk debbie wasserman-schultz with him or what he really wants. >> how much they have to treat him like a toddler that will throw a tantrum.

harris: that toddler has a movement. >> his leverage is completely overblown. he has leverage with millenials and certain demographic. if he were really this powerful and significant the president wouldn't have endorsed hillary exact same day he came and met with him which is sort of a slight against bernie sanders and he would be the nominee now. >> what does scratch the bernie itch mean? harris: you know, i mean is just there. he is just there. sandra: there will be a rush to court, his supporters if indeed he approximatelies out of the race. donald trump the other day said we are going to welcome those supporters with open arms. >> they will be in the hookah lounge and every quad in the country. these guys, who knows. i actually interviewed a few people up in burlington, vermont. some people are so radical, if it is not bernie they're not voting. >> some are not voting. some appreciate at least being acknowledged by donald trump. i don't really know why hillary clinton waited to the late hour to even acknowledge the fact this man has people that are encouraged by him, excited by him.

in fact they're not even there for her. i think they will at least listen to something trump says. sandra: harris: one of the things we see, eboni, frustrates the narrative that was more of a coronation. remember president obama kept acknowledging donald trump. i was saying all along, oh, he is raising his profile. so i think in some ways she didn't want to raise bernie sanders's profile. anybody who can raise $45 million in fund-raising cycle, i don't agree with you, meghan, you have to take that seriously within your own party. he is insurgent if he doesn't move out. that helps republicans. while the democrats get their cake together, republican can bake their own. sandra: we're having way too much fun. >> cake? sandra: jesse is hungry. harris: last word i say. sandra: white house adding new fuel to the firestorm over the hillary clinton email probe after referring to it as criminal investigation. did the press secretary let something slip here? is clinton's claim it's a

harris: happy friday. hillary clinton's campaign facing new controversy despite picking up some major support, president obama, vice president joe biden and senator elizabeth warren all endorsing clinton yesterday. less than an hour white house press secretary josh earnest appeared to let slip that clinton's investigation into her private email is criminal one. listen. >> the president at each stage reiterated his commitment to this principle, that any criminal investigation should be conducted independent of any sort of political interference. harris: did he say criminal investigation? critics quickly seized on comment saying it shreds hillary's claim that the probe is just routine security inquiry which the fbi director said is something that is not even what they do. all this as the new "fox news" polling shows the majority of

registered voters, 60%, now think hillary clinton is lying about her emails and how they were handled. majority, 54% also believe she lacks integrity to be president. make fan, your thoughts. >> my first thought what is wrong with the white house press secretary josh earnest? what is wrong with you? was that a freudian slip the day the president endorses her, you're saying this is criminal investigation? who is in charge? >> nothing is wrong with him at all. i disagree with you. that was so intention, josh earnest saying credibility of the white house is not thrown under the bus for hillary clinton. i don't think he makes mistakes like that. >> he makes mission takes all the time. sandra: eboni is making important distinction here. >> it is federal bureau investigation not, federal bureau of inquiry. josh earnest knows that. he is deliberate with the investigation. trying to assure the credibility of the white house. sandra: judge napolitano reiterates every time we have this conversation.

president is endorses somebody who is under investigation does that not in fact have some sort of coloring in terms of how they will look at her? are you not influencing the probe? >> well the president would never influence an ongoing investigation. remember what happened with the irs. oh nothing to see here. just shenanigans in the cincinnati office but i don't like to get involved in active investigation. i wouldn't put it past the president to do a little something under the table here. but the bottom line is, if she is indicted, i don't think the department of justice is going to bring criminal charges and she could be in november, right before the election with a hanging indictment over her head. i know she is the first woman possibly, also the first person running for president under fbi investigation. sandra: that won't happy because hillary shays she is 100% sure she will not face criminal indictment. harris: i will forever ask why democrats don't care about this issue. sandra: i don't know.

he referred to alabama senator jeff session as real possibility. another name mentioned quite a bit, retired lt. general, michael flynn, former director of the defense intelligence agency. talk about who these people need to choose, trump first. what does he need on his ticket? >> he says he needs someone that knows what is going on in the capitol because he obviously has no idea. so he needs someone has that pushed legislation that can actually have a relationship with senators and congressman and can make nice with people an he can just delegate all that stuff. he needs someone that will not overshadow him and make a lot of gaffs, which i don't think is possible. so i haven't heard a lot of names i like personally. have you heard a great name out there? someone with a lot of pizazz? first he floated idea i will pick someone like oprah. i can get behind an oprah ticket. but i haven't heard a name like that. i think he is going safe. harris: you could get behind a oprah-traumaticket? >> i like idea of a powerful, big, punchy ticket.

now he is settling down. don't say anything bad about oprah, harris. she is powerful woman. harris: all i asked if you know she is friends with the obamas. >> someone who knows a lot about foreign policy and middle east and isis. i think he is needs former general, someone tough and strong on foreign policy, hillary strong, i want him to pick general petraeus. >> i love that ticket. i endorse that ticket. harris: if anybody could pick oprah, hillary clinton might have better shot. all female ticket? >> i don't see it, harris. i think elizabeth warren add as lot of enthusiasm. she needs that desperately. she is basking for the first woman issue, i don't see her splitting that limelight in a strong way by a woman who is more likeable than she is. >> i thought you were supposed to support other women? >> i'm supposed to be honest. >> that is true though.

sandra: there isn't a whole lot of history there. >> she is making very good point, i agree with eboni and pr and her trying to kiss a ring close enough to bernie sanders supporters. sandra: somebody on the trump side with strong military and foreign relations background on the other side, on hillary clinton, what about somebody with a strong business background for vp? >> i think her deficiency is she needs a white male because right now she is losing with men so badly. she has got the women vote. she will have the minority vote. she will have latino vote. white men especially detest hillary. numbers are upside down. she could do o'malley kind of guy, a younger, because she has a problem with her age, younger, fresher, whiter male. i think that would work for her. harris: are you applying for the job? sandra: good call out, harris. >> anything happens i step up to the plate. harris: we like that about you.

things -- >> google is not social media. harris: they have a social element, absolutely they do. if you're part, when you search for travel you become part of a family. sign on and talk to each other. sandra: correct there is outlet for that but talking about the google search engine. >> worldwide web. >> are you suspicious. >> when you type in lyin', ted comes up, auto fills on google. that is one of the thing in the article. i very rarely google myself because it is too emotionally draining. when i was younger i might have. everything comes up, my sister did it recently, it is terrible. i would be interested to see what comes up for elizabeth warren compared to a jesse watters. >> put elizabeth warren pocahontas, what comes up? not anything in google. if you go to yahoo! there is stuff about her lying about her background. >> take the scenario it is stacked in favor of hillary. what does it say about her, a lot of people, here is thing you will never enjoy being seen as underdog. she will never enjoy that.

come talk to them because they don't know any that is one problem. >> you don't want to look like a bunch of whiners, google is not fair, facebook is not fair. we can't get a break. i don't know if that is winning attitude. harris: sandra: companies accountable like facebook calling them open forum and google calling themselves a search engine. let your users and some other companies paid users know they're not getting what they are told they're getting. harris: they faced the same problem facebook has. if you're googling for a news story and certain things come up just like with facebook showing certain things were trending and leaving more conservative stories out, that leads you to believe the world is lot more liberal than it is. sandra: jesse watters is trending on google. saying his son had been deeply altered and shouldn't be hauerly punished for what he character aided as 20 minutes of action. from another father that pastor's writes, brock is not victim. the victim is the victim. this young woman will deal with this rest of her life. far more embarrassing ily than the embarrassingly short six-month sentence your son penalized. she will have for duration of her lifetime, that fact, the fact thaw seem to be unaware of that fact exactly why we have a problem. so i did some legal research around this and people are very, very outraged by the fact that this six-month sentence seems so grossly disproportionate to the crime here. this is what i found very shocking to me, in california you can treat sex assault as sex battery either misdemeanor or a felony. the difference in sentences there, guys, very different. the six-month sentence, that is consistent with the misdemeanor

treatment of sex assault in california. if it had been handled as felony it would have been two to four years. >> it wasn't prosecuted as misdemeanor or was it prosecuted as a felony? >> prosecuted as misdemeanor. >> so that is on prosecutor. >> prosecutorial discretion, jesse, good point, according to facts and mitigating factors. harris: we talked about it all week on this couch because it escalated. what will the crescendo look like. they reached a point to recall the judge. he was re-upped for another few years a couple days ago. the petition is outreach of emotion than it will ever generate any change. the way i read it was, they charged sex assault because the rape wasn't there. the rape wasn't there, according to the law because she was not conscious. >> not conscious. that is my outrage, right? harris: get your mind around that. >> the statute, as gross as what this young man did, i thought his father's reaction was terrible, meghan, but don't we have to look at the statute and ledgetive issue that allows for
